Clear, fair and simple returns for your Lino Bianca linen pieces.

At Lino Bianca, we want you to feel confident when choosing your Italian linen pieces. We understand that online shopping sometimes requires a return or exchange, and we aim to make the process clear, fair and simple.

This policy applies to purchases made through www.linobianca.com.

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude, restrict or replace any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item has a major problem, is faulty, is unsafe, is significantly different from the description or does not do what it is supposed to do, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Change of Mind Returns

In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, Lino Bianca offers change of mind returns on eligible items within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item must be:

  • unworn;
  • unwashed;
  • unused;
  • in original condition;
  • with all original tags attached;
  • free from perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair or other signs of wear;
  • returned with proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange where stock is available.

Exchanges may be requested for:

  • a different size;
  • an alternative style;
  • store credit toward another Lino Bianca item.

Because our collections may be seasonal and limited, we cannot guarantee that all sizes or styles will be available at the time your return is received.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind

For hygiene, quality control and practical reasons, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind unless they are faulty or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law:

  • items marked as sale;
  • gift cards;
  • items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery;
  • items without original tags attached;
  • items returned outside the approved return period;
  • any item that is not in a resaleable condition.

5. Sale Items

Items marked sale cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Every Lino Bianca order is carefully checked before dispatch. If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@linobianca.com.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • your full name;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photos of the item and fault, where applicable.

We will review the issue and advise the next steps. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email:

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • your name;
  • the item you would like to return;
  • the reason for the return;
  • whether you would prefer an exchange, store credit or refund, where applicable.

Please wait for return approval before sending your item back. Returns sent without approval may take longer to process.

8. Return Shipping

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service, as Lino Bianca is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide guidance regarding return shipping after reviewing your request.

9. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card provider or payment platform to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable for change of mind returns, unless required by law.

10. Store Credit

Where store credit is issued, it will be provided by email and may be used toward a future Lino Bianca purchase.

Store credit is not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

11. Linen Garment Care and Natural Fabric Character

Linen is a natural fibre known for its breathable feel, soft texture and relaxed character. Natural creasing, subtle slubs, weave variations and gentle texture are part of linen’s beauty and are not considered faults.

12. Returns Timeframe

Please lodge any change of mind return request within 10 days of delivery.

Once a return is approved, the item should be posted back within 7 days of approval unless otherwise agreed.
