Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of increased demand, promotional events or seasonal launches, processing times may be extended slightly. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

While we work closely with our shipping partners, occasional delivery delays may occur and are outside our direct control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of shipment, although activation times may vary depending on the carrier.

Australian Shipping Lino Bianca currently ships within Australia. Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We carefully inspect and package every order before dispatch. However, once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to lodge a claim and retain all packaging materials, shipping labels and damaged goods for assessment.

If your shipment appears to be lost, delayed beyond normal transit times or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to investigate the issue.
